Mission
The mission of Sparrow MFM is to reflect the love, hope, and peace of Jesus through high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care for women and their unborn babies facing high-risk pregnancies.
VISION
Sparrow MFM envisions a place where every woman with a high-risk pregnancy has timely access to expert maternal–fetal care, regardless of circumstance, and where clinical excellence, ethical integrity, and genuine compassion work together to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
We aim to strengthen the network of perinatal care in Memphis through collaborative practice, education, research, and service to the underserved.

Organizational Structure
We operate as a professional limited liability company (PLLC) medical organization and plan to develop a sister 501(c)(3) nonprofit LLC, ensuring that our mission remains at the forefront of every decision. The nonprofit will be governed by a dedicated board of directors that brings together diverse expertise and passion.

This innovative model ensures we maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence while remaining true to our Christ-centered identity. We align missionally with local faith-based organizations, obstetric practices, hospital systems and pregnancy resource centers, creating a seamless continuum of care for mothers, babies and families in the Memphis community and surrounding regions.
