For Patients
We work in partnership with your OB/GYN and other medical providers to make sure your care is coordinated and appropriate for your situation. Most initial visits require a referral, so talk with your clinician if you think a consultation with us would be helpful.
Dr. Brackney and her team review every referral to decide what type of evaluation you need and when it should happen. We may request additional information from your referring clinician, and at times we may contact you directly for details or past records. Once we have what’s needed, we schedule your visit so your appointment is thorough and clinically useful.

Transportation services are available to all TennCare members who lack access. Rides can be scheduled for any TennCare covered service and must be scheduled at least two business days in advance of the appointment time, unless the appointment is urgent. The NEMT Call Center will verify with Sparrow whether the appointment is considered urgent. If urgency is confirmed, the ride will be scheduled.
